Research on the Types of Student Management in College from Legal Perspective

With the rapid development of student's management in colleges and universities, it demands that the management should be in line with the law. The legal foundation of student management right in college is the regulation of higher education of China and the Constitutional Law. The connotation of student management right in college is on the basis of the constitutional legal relationship, giving priority to administrative legal relationship, with the characteristics of the civil legal relation. On the basis of establishing a typed principles and standards, the student management relationship can be divided into constitutional legal relationship, administrative legal relationship and civil legal relationship, and administrative legal relationship can be divided into the external and internal administrative legal relationship.
