Abstract
The studying methods of mathematical model on thermal process in reheating furnace are discussed and analyzed.Based on the data bases of the mathematical model of Stripe Factory in Baotou Iron and Steel Company,a combustion computer control system including a temperature controlling module and gas air ratio optimizing module was developed in order to optimize combustion process and save energy.
