Abstract
Objective To a new method for extracting salidroside.Methods Silica gel superfine process was conducted by combining solvent extraction and separation with macroporous absorbent resin. Results The high-purity standard products could be obtained by this method,and the content of salidroside in Rhodiola ecoccinaca was 0.326%. Conclusion This method can deserve to be developed.
