Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of intracranial pressure(ICP) and cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP) change on brain tissue oxygen pressure(PbtO2) and prognosis during severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:Observed the changes of CCP,ICP,prognosis, and PbtO2 in 96 cases of severe craniocerebral injury, and then compared their relationships. Results:There was a negative correlation between brain tissue oxygen index and intracranial pressure when intracranial pressure was between 25-50 mmHg(r=-0.693,P0.01);There was positive correlation between brain tissue oxygen index and cerebral perfusion pressure when cerebral perfusion pressure was between 40-80 mmHg(r=0.893,P0.01);ICP(24 hours and 72 hours) and the prognosis was significantly associated with the increased ICP,decreased the proportion of good prognosis.CCP(24 hours and 72 hours)and the prognosis was significantly associated with the CCP's rise significantly high er proportion of good prognosis. Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between brain tissue oxygen pressure and intracranial pressure,24 hours and 72 hours of CCP,ICP have a significant effect on prognosis.
