Abstract
Objective To discuss the risk factors for the early hematom a enlargement after intracerebral hemorrhage, and provide the basis for clinical therapy. Methods Retrospective analysis the identified 158 cases supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage patients from January 2011 to January 2014. Results Cerebral hemorrhage patients in the detection of admission time to expand the 0 ~ 3 h review hematoma is higher than the rate of hospitalization time in 3 ~6 h of the patients, but the difference wasn't statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions Blood glucose, systolic blood pressure,long- term drinking history for supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage were independent risk factors of early enlargement of hematoma.
