Abstract

In this paper,biosorption of cadmium by Saccharomyces cerevisiae was studied.The trait of biosorption was described by isotherm,and biosorption was appraised by the Langmuir model.In addition,mechanism of biosorption was discussed,which showed that biosorption occurred in cell wall mainly and biosorption had relation to ion change possibly.
