Study on Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Operation Room Infection Prevention

Objective:To study the clinical effect of integrated nursing in operation room infection prevention. Method:92 patients who had an operation in our operation room from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected as the observation group, 90 patients who had an operation in our operation room from April 2010 to April 2011 were selected as the control group, they were given conventional operation room nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing, the care effect of two group was observed.Result:The operation room infection and postoperative complication rate of the observation group were 3.3%, 2.2%, were lower than the control group's 10%, 12.2%, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 78.3%, was higher than the control group's 37.8%, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). And the group of diseases and treatment knowledge rate, hospitalization time and cost of hospitalization in the observation group were 89.1%,(12.3±3.2)d,(13 415.5±302.3)yuan; the control group were 71.1%,(17.6±3.3)d,(17 823.3±354.4) yuan. The disease and treatment knowledge rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the hospitalization time and hospital costs were less than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the prevention of infections in operation room satisfaction, should be popularized and applied in clinical nursing.
