Abstract

Since the economic reform in 1978,China's industrial structure and employment have changed greatly.This paper makes a positive analysis on the topic about industrial structure and employment,compares characteristics of industrial structure in different countries in their process of industrialization and makes a study of general laws of industrial structure change in view of industrial structure.
