The Study on Coordination Degree and Countermeasures Between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure

Whether the industrial structure is coordination with the employment structure has a significant impact on the economic development and employment.Firstly,this paper reviews the evolution of China’s industrial structure and employment structure during the reform and opening up;Secondly,it measures the degree of disharmony between the industrial structure and employment structure by the introduction of structural deviation factor,labor productivity and employment elasticity coefficient of indicators;Finally,focus on requirements of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable economic and social development,we proposed that the general idea of the expansion of employment is to maintain growth,to optimize the structure,to flow smoothly.
