The Protrusion of Personal Ownership

Abstract

Our country's collective land ownership lacks the qualities of personal ownership. With the development and maturity of market economy, many problems of collective land ownership are exposed in the meeting of demands for land owners. Therefore it is an urgent task to improve our country's collective land ownership to meet the demands of property flow and maximize the ownership.
