Essay on the Nature and the Subject of the Ownership of Collective Land and Its Contents Realization

The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretically construction of the policy making premise basing on analyzing the nature and the subject of the ownership of collective land and its contents Realization from the perspective of law and economics.Methods employed include documentation study and field research.It is concluded that as a ownership,the ownership of collective land has the nature of the general total ownership,and is of both commonweal and private interests.The subject of the ownership of collective land of the existing legal framework is clear.This paper puts forward that improvement of the property agent system,diversification of the achievement form,and the balance between the right to the land contracting management and collective land ownership will help to realize the economic value of the ownership of collective land greatly.
