Abstract

Chaolv,which is a law document in Han Dynasty,was found in No.336 Han Tomb in Zhangjiashan in 1986.This documentation went through several emperors in Han Dynasty,and supplied some new materials for the study of the character and the division of the earliest Han Law.It showed the scholars how to be a lawgiver, and also showed the close relationship between Chaolv and politics.
