Abstract
The Two-year Laws and Decrees and in Zhangjiashan bamboo slips of Han Dynasty is the collection of codes of the early Western Hart.The historical materials prove that instructing itself with the legist principle of ‘good emperor rules officials rather than civilians’,the beginning of Han Dynasty controls the bureaucracy strictly, punishing their crimes with rigorous tortures.Meanwhile,the law at the beginning of Han Dynasty canonizes Confu- cian morality,protects family ethical order.Confucian thought has a deep influence on the law at the beginning of Han Dynasty.
