Abstract
Using the six different resistant strains of the cucumber to Fusarium oxysporum, this paper studied the activity changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase dismutase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO)and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)in leaf tissue. The results showed that the activity of POD,SOD,PPO have two peaks and a single peak in the PAL.The first of the enzyme peak was significantly higher in resistant strains than that in susceptible strains, showing consistency. There was a significant positive correlation between the activity of SOD,PPO and resistance, and a notable positive correlation between the activity of POD,PAL and resistance.
