The Analyses of the Risk Factors and the Coronary Artery Lesion Characteristics on the Patients of Coronary Artery Ddisease with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To study the risk factors and the coronary artery lesion characteristics on the patients of coronary artery disease (CAD)with diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods All the patients were diagnosed definitely by the check of coronary angiography. There were 68 cases of coronary artery disease with diabetes mellitus and 70 coronary artery disease only. Then study the risk factors and the coronary artery lesion characteristicsand left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF) in two groups. Results There were more dyslipidemia and hypertension in the coronary artery disease with diabetes mellitus grou(pp0.05). Coronary artery angiography and left ventricular angiography showed that the coronary artery lesions were severer and the left ventricular ejection fractions were lower in the coronary artery disease with diabetes mellitus grou(pp0.05). Conclusion There were more dyslipidemia and hypertension in the coronary artery disease with diabetes mellitus group while the coronary artery lesions were severer and the left ventricular ejection fractions were lower in this group.
