Analysis of coronary angiographic findings in patients with coronary artery disease complicated diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the findings of coronary artery angiography in patients with coronary artery disease complicated diabetes mellitus.Methods The angiographic findings of 1 068 coronary artery disease patients from 2000 to 2006 were reviewed.Among them,380 were diatetic,688 were nondiabetics.Results 3-or-more-vessel or multiple stenosis are the main expression among the patients of coronary artery disease complicated diabetes.1-vessel or 2-vessel disease are the main expression among the nondiabetics.Conclusion Coronary artery disease patients with diabetes mellitus have more severe changes in coronary artery.Diabetes is the independent risk factor.Diabetes have great influences to coronary artery.
