A Research on Chinese Government Procurement Legislation in WTO Environment

Abstract

The WTO Agreement on Government Procurement is a sort of game rules among riches, which pay more attention to protect developed countries' profits. Although China should not join this agreement at the same time, China should establish and improve Government Procurement Law system as soon as possible to protect state property and regulate social economy. In WTO environment, Chinese Government Procurement Law should have wide applicable scopes with a strong reinforcement mechanism.
