WTO and Government Procurement System of China

Abstract

The text introduces the new Agreement on Government Procurement of WTO, and made a great contribution to the establishment of uniform international market of government procurement. As China's is different to the new Agreement on Government Procurement of WTO to some extent, there are some days for China to join it. But it is inevitable for China to join the free tendency of international trade, so we should improve the system of government procurement constantly through four aspects in order to adapt to the free, international and uniform tendency as soon as possible.
