On Significance &Approach of Developing Enterprise Investment Fund

Abstract
The enterprise investment fund is a special investment fund. It targets specific enterprise for investment. It mainly invests to non-public offering enterprises in terms of stock fund. The development of enterprise investment fund benefits the reform of economical and financial structures. It also helps the adjustment and development of enterprise structure and regional economy. It is conducive to non-governmental capital investment and the economical development. The development of enterprise investment fund provides sustainable capital support for Chinese economy. This paper dissertates the significance and approach to develop the enterprise investment fund.
