Abstract
Industrial investment fund is a new investment and financial tool in the current capital market.As its supportive target as non-listed enterprise,the fund proved not merely a high risk,yet also an asymmetrical investment of obligation.Therefore,a legally conservation of industrial investment turned out extremely critical.Only establishing sound and improved industrial investment legal system,could participants' right of fund investment.With the analysis on the current status of China's industrial investment fund law system and problems in existence,the essay proposed suggestions as to establishing China's sophisticated industrial fund investment system.
