Abstract

Objective It is to investigate the therapeutic effects of different doses of Methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis and its side-effect. Methods 60 patients were averagely divided into group A, B and C and they were treated with 7.5?mg, 10?mg, 15?mg of Methotrexate once a week. The therapeutic course was six months. Results Total effective rates of three groups were 85%, 85%, 90% and the side-effect ratio were 10%, 35% and 60%. Conclusion Minor dosage of Methotrexate is effective and has little side-ffect for long-term therapy on rheumatoid arthritis.
