Influence and curative effect observation of pravastatin on serum Interleukin-6 and 10(IL-6 and 10) and Matrix Metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) of unstable angina pectoris patients

Objective To discuss the influence and curative effect of pravastatin on serum Interleukin-6 and 10(IL-6 and 10) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) of unstable angina pectoris patients.Methods Eighty cases of unstable angina pectoris patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random.The pa tients in two groups were given aspirin,heparin,nitrate esters,β-Receptor blockers,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and etc.The patients in observation group were additionally given pravastatin tables(20 mg) once daily for 8 weeks.Results After 8 weeks' medical treatment,the TC,TG and LDL-C levels of patients in observation group declined obviously than before,while the HDL-C level rose obviously than before(P0.05).The blood fat of patients in control group appeared no obvious change before and after medical treatment(P0.05).The serum IL-6 and MMP-9 levels of patients in two groups declined obviously than before,while IL-10 levels rose obviously than before(P0.05 or P0.01),and the declining or rising rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group(P0.05).The total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group(χ2=4.22,P 0.05).Conclusion Pravastatin has reliable clinical curative effect on unstable angina pectoris patients,which can obviously reduce the blood fat levels,adjust the express level of the serum inflammatory mediators,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and enhance the stability of coronary atherosclerosis.
