Abstract
The problems of difficult preparation and bad fluidity of the high solid content wax emulsion were solved.Uniform design and optimization software were used in design of the emulsifier formula and optimization of the experiment results.The synergic effects between the surfactants were investigated.The optimum formula of the mass ratio was Span-80 22.2%,Tween-80 20.7%,OP-10 31.4%,stabilizing agent 19.8%,lauryl sodium sulfate 5.9%(total 6% of the wax emulsion).The wax emulsion with wax more than 50% content in the wax emulsion was obtained and not stratified at the 3 000 r/min by centrifugating 30 min.At ambient temperature,its apparent viscosity was 370~630 mPa·s.
