Abstract

Objective To establish a method for the determination of quercetin, luteolin and apigenin in Rosa laevigata.Metods Reverse-phase HPLC menthod was used. Results Four compounds from Rosa laevigata showed a good linear relationship, quercetin in a range of 5.521 6×10-2~19.325 6×10-2μg/mL, kaempferol was in 4.608×10-2~16.128×10-2μg/mL, luteolin was in 12.550 4×10-2~43.9264×10-2μg/mL, apigenin was in 6.028 8×10-2~21.100 8×10-2μg/mL,respectively;correlation coeff icents was 0.999 92~0.999 98.Recoveryof quercetin and kaempferol were 100.5% and 100.6% with RSD of 3.7%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, recurrent well, stable and accurate, so it could be used to analyze the flavone compounds in Rosa laevigata.
