Strategy to Improve Team Competitiveness of University P.E. Teachers

With the research methods of literature study,statistics and logic analysis,the paper analyses the current university P.E. teacher team.The university P.E. teacher team is open,independent,complex and dynamic.The university P.E. teacher team competitiveness can be improved by strengthening trust and independent decision,establishing inner operation system featured with learning,creating good inner environment of the team and avoiding disadvantageous factors of dynamic changes of the team.
