Abstract
Current studies about team learning focus on internal learning that how to improve team effectiveness via enhancing team members' core talents. As to the external learning, studies never paid enough attention. Based on external learning, this study focuses on how to increase team effectiveness, and therefore explore whether external learning has a positive impact on team effectiveness.
