Abstract

objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of fungal sinusitis by 56 cases. Methods 56 cases of fungal sinusitis had CT scan ,and were under endoscopic sinus surgery. Results All cases were unilateral sinus lesions, 39 cases were limited to antrum highmori,17 cases were involved in antrum ethmocdale ,6 cases were involved in sphenoid sinus.15 cases had some extent of bone erosron and destruction of sinus. In follow-up of 6 months to 3 years ,no recurrence occurred. Conclusion CT is higher diagnostic value. surgery cotribute to the treatment of fungal sinusitis.
