Abstract
Objective:To research into the situation about the immunoglobulin Ab-A(B) titer before the pregnant woman delivery how to sensitive the neonate′s erythrocyte so as to prevent the occurrence of ABO neonatal hemolysis. Methods: 723 pregnant women with the O blood group whose husbands with the other blood group expect O were choosed and the titers of serum anti-A(B) IgG antibody were determined by using antiglobin test.Red blood cells were taken from umbilical vein to do the following four examinations when delivery: ①blood type;②coomb′s test;③free antibody detection;④liberation test. Results: In the 723 couples with incompatible ABO blood groups, the percentage of the pregnant women, with the titers≥64,were 168(23.24%).The abnormal rate of serum anti-A(B) IgG in 723 pregnant women whose husbands with the A,B,AB blood group were 26.01%,20.13%,23.53%.When the pregnant woman′s Ab-A(B) titer ≤32,the result of serology was negative;whereas, with the anti-A(B) IgG titer was 64,128,256 and ≥512,the percent of serology positive was 7.69%,64.29%,94.12%,100.00%.Conclusion: The determination of the titers of serum anti-A(B)IgG in the pregnant women could have great clinic value in early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the ABO neonatal haemolysis;the higher of the titer, the higher of the morbidity.
