Abstract
Finance teaching is difficult because the teaching content of finance not only includes many basic concepts and theories,but also involves some complicated contents of professional courses.On the other hand,finance is closely connected with practice and students show great interest.Practice showed that the teaching results of finance could be improved obviously by perfecting teaching contents,reforming teaching methods and changing the arrangements and questions of test.
