Abstract

Modernization is a common topic in the world development in the 20th century.Since the Communist Party of China came to power,to lead the Chinese people and achieve the modernization of the country has been the unswerving goal of the Chinese Communists.In the process of modernization,the Chinese Communists never cease to seek truth and summarize the development experience,and hence gradually they develop a socialist modernization theory with the Chinese characteristic.
