Abstract
China's socialist modernization suffered a devious developing course. This article has commented on the modernization's meaning, essence, character and agricultural modernization, industrial modernization, political modernization, cultural modernization, educational modernization, legal system modernization on the base of summarizing the historical experiences and lessons, in order to drive the study on modernization theory of our country forward.
