Result assay of allergens of 400 cases of chronic urticaria

Abstract
Abjective To investigate allergens of chronic urticaria,to prevent and treat chronic urticaria.Methods 400 cases of chronic urticaria were tested with 23 kinds of allerger by skin prick test of international method.Results The test results of 400 cases showed that total the positivereaction rates reach at 65.75%.The positive reaction rates to the glycyphagus destructors(45.25%)and the house dust mite(36.50%)had the highest positive reaction rates to the allergens.Conclusion It is important to test allergens in patients with chronic urticaria.It can heip chronic urticaria patients to find out the causes of their diseases,tell them to avoid pathogenic allergen to the best of their ability in their daily life.
