Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlations between the allergens and the causes in the patients with chronic urticaria by testing serum specific IgE,for assisting the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:460 patients with chronic urticaria were tested with Mediwiss-Allergyscreen.Results:It was found that the positive rate of the Mediwiss-Allergyscreen test was 81.6%,the negative rate was 18.4%.The highest positive rate of the single contacted allergen successively was dust acarid and stive;the furs of cat or dog;beef, mutton;cockroach;milk. Conclusion:Allergen is associated closely with chronic urticaria.Detection of the serum allergen has an important meaning to prevernt and cure chronic urticaria.
