Broad and Profound,Continue with the Past and Open up the Future: FENG Qiyong's Study on A Dream of Red Mansions——The Ninth Summary of Redology by Contemporary Scholars

The ideas of A Dream of Red Mansions,studied by FENG Qiyong in the new period are concentrated embodied in his books,such as The Discussion of the Redology,Recriticism of A Dream of Red Mansions by Eight Great Masters,Recriticism of A Dream of Red Mansions in Guafanlou and The Interpretation of A Dream of Red Mansions etc.In FENG's opinion,Redology is a particular field which needs further study,namely the study of the idea and the art content of A Dream of Red Mansions.His idea and art studies of Redology as well as his reconsideration of the school of critics embody his advocation of the further study of A Dream of Red expansion of the study which from textual research to academic practice not only benefits the optimization of the basic pattern of Redology,but also benefits the further study of A Dream of Red Mansions.The road ahead is too long for me to explore moreis the belief of his behavior and research,which can be learned by colleagues and juniors: only be faithful can achieve the fruits.
