Investment and operation mechanism of rural water conservancy in Yunnan Province

Based on the relevant historical data and information of the development of water resources in Yunnan Province,the existing problems and causes were analyzed according to the status quo of investment and operation of water conservancy facilities in rural areas of Yunnan Province.Some measures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of the government function and policy,investment and operation mechanism,land use system,primary water management and construction of civil communication channels.
