Reflection on the Originality Request of Copyright Law

The originality has a very important position in copyright law.Copyright law does not protect works that are not original.In the Internet age,databases,multimedia and other objects of copyright law have important commercial value,but they may not have the originality.It is a prospective problem how to appropriate protection originality.Based on different functional value,the author of the works is still insisted on the original request,but neighboring rights on the works should be request economic input.Copyright and neighboring rights will be independent and equal.
