on the basis of our inspinction from the disbandmert of the communist party of soviet union, the article thoroughty analysis chief problems of the construction of the ruling party ,but also deepens our undnstanding to the theory of three representative, which aims to establish solid fundamertals of the ruling party and sorengthen the construction of the ruling party.
