Abstract

Party politics have existed for over three centuries and the Communist Party of China has been in power for several decades.We have accumulated rich experiences and set up some theories in party ruling.The science of party ruling needs to be established to summarize the rules and laws of party ruling and guide new practice with scientific theories.At the initial stage,it is essential to define the position,scope and research method of the science of party ruling.
