Abstract

The C-banding karyotypes of Atractomropha perrgrina Bi et xia and Atractomropha burri Bolivar in Atractomropha Saussure in Guangxi were studied.According to the result of the test,there was (obvious) differences in genome formula,sex chromosome,amount of herterochromatin,intercalary and telomere band;but there was the same character in chromosome number,sex determination,telocentric chromosome and centromeric band.
