Abstract
Objective The pleural effusion of four tumor markers(CA125,CA199,CEA,CA153) joint detection,To investigate the pleural effusion of four tumor markers in elevated levels were detected separately to clinical significance.Methods Selection of 52 patients with malignant pleural effusion and benign patients with pleural effusion 36 cases included in the study,the immune chemiluminescence detection all patients CA125,CEA,CA199 and CA125 level,compare the four tumor markers level and individual test results.Results Malignant pleural effusion group of pleural effusion tumor markers of CA125 and CA199,CEA,CA153 were higher than benign pleural effusion group,P 0.01;Single tumor markers detection sensitivity less than four joint detection.Conclusion CA125 and CA199,CA153,CEA joint detection is better than single detection,four tumor markers joint detection can obviously improve the diagnostic sensitivity,which will help for the early diagnosis of pleural effusion.
