Abstract

The seedlings of tomato at five leaves stage were treated with SA.We study the effects of SA and low temperature on physiological indexes of resistance to chilling injury.The result showed that SA could enhance resistance of chilling injury to seeding of tomato after low temperature treatment.We found that SA could reduce relative EC,enhance activity of POD content of chlorophyll and solute protein to the leaves of tomato,and the concentration of SA at 300 mg·L-1 showed the most effective result.
