Abstract

Objective To study the clinical feature and the risk factors of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Methods The group of cases with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction(52cases) and the control group(1496 cases) were retrospectively analysed.Logistic regression analysis was employed to find out the risk factors of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction and the clinical features. Results The percentage of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction was 3.36% of cerebral infarction cases.Cerebral embolism, involvement of cerebral cortex, big area of cerebral infarction, hyperglycemia were the independent risk factors for the hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. The antithrombotic and anticoagulation therapy did not increase the risk of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, but they were apt to cause hematoma formation. The prognosis of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The hemorrhagic cerebral infarction does not influence the prognosis, which is related to the location and volume of the cerebral infarction, but once the hematoma is formed, the prognosis is poor.
