On the Self-confession and Its Effect in the Civil Case

Abstract
Self - confession is made by the client himself to whom the confession is unfavorable, it is an important system in the civil case and has clear regulations in the two legal systems of the National and Local Evidence Law. The self - confession with the property of the Evidence Law needs necessary condi-tions. The self - confession corresponding to the law has effect on the client and the court.
