Abstract
The non-typical confession in criminal law refers to quasi-confession and the special confession in bribery crimes.Non-typical confession, which is enacted in legislation,is different from ordinary confession. In order to have a clear understanding of the range of quasi-confession,we should base on the original intension of legislation, and explain the meaning of compulsive measures and serving a sentence. We should define the nature of confessing crimes rationally.Crimes of the same kind can be regarded as remaining crimes. The special confession in bribery crimes is a kind of confession, which should be differentiated from rendering service.
