Abstract
With the strategical adjustment of national economy,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have been set up and this has brought the opportunities for the development and the competition of small and medium-sized enterprises.The surveys by our Economic and Trade Commission have shown that the main problem that small and medium-sized enterprises face is the financing difficulty,and the capital shortage economy becomes the main factor of restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.This article carries on the research in terms of risk investment,analyses the advantage and deficiency of risk investment and proposes a series of countermeasures based on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises
