This paper advances to replace the coal mine surveillance system in existence by using industry component software, imports GIS to found a new model of the inspecting system of the coal mine security at the same time. The coal mine surveillance system combines GIS together to share the data can make use of various data that supervised and controlled by the monitoring system effectively. In order to carry out transferring and translation of real-time Data,and graphical user interface by GIS.
