Abstract
According to the current coal mine graphic information management system's situation and existing problems, closely combining with the need of coal mine digitalization development. The paper fully applies GIS technique and modern management technique to create coal mine graphic information management system based on B/S and C/S architecture. Meanwhile, it describes the system general design, function implementation and applying example of graphic processing sub-system in details.
