Discussion of the Exclusion Rules in China's Illegal Evidence

This paper analyzes different opinions from academic circles on the exclusion rules of illegal evidence and its positive significances,present state and defects in the construction of legal system.The author thinks,with restriction in criminal procedure law,it needs to establish exclusion rules of illegal evidence,of illegal search,seizure and secret investigation.
