Abstract
The construction of new animal husbandry industry in the process of balancing the urban and rural development was deeply thought.Some ways and suggestions for speeding up the construction of new animal husbandry industry,feasible cooperative pattern and risk prevention countermeasures of new animal husbandry industry were proposed,so as to provide references for constructing new animal husbandry industry in the process of balancing the urban and rural development.
