Abstract
The basic measure to develop animal-husbandry industry is to promote animal-husbandry,the government shall improve the promotion service system and public service ability of animal-husbandry technology in villages,accelerate the transformation of traditional animal-husbandry to modern animal-husbandry, pay a special attention to the application and cultivation of animal-husbandry technicians and improve the construction of infrastructure for the production of animal husbandry.
